A local Killara resident, Kee and his family have a deep connection with the Upper North Shore’s beautiful leafy suburbs and the people who live here. Kee was previously the Co-Founder, Shareholder and Sales Director of Hopefluent Group. Established in 2004, Hopefluent Group is a listed property consulting company based in Hong Kong. As a respected property consultancy among resident and overseas Chinese, the company expanded their operations to Australia, where Kee was a vital member of this new branch’s management team. With Hopefluent, Kee has undertaken impressive property assignments in Australia, including the exclusive sales of commercial buildings, off-the-plan sales, project sales and property development.


As the previous direct manager of a 40-person team and company finance, Kee prides himself on being an outstanding communicator and a results-driven high achiever. Kee’s depth of knowledge in the latest finance and property markets and his devotion to providing reliable, objective advice to clients sets him apart from the rest.


With years of rich and varied experiences in the property industry and in finance management, Kee has developed robust negotiation skills and strong proven sales ability. He has built a well-established network within the industry – an invaluable asset for his clients. Kee also holds a Master’s degree in Finance, which allows him to contribute an insightful financial approach to each sale. Drawing on his wealth of experience, Kee delivers exceptional, personalised service and consistently strives to attain the best possible results for his clients.
