steven’s passion for providing excellent customer service comes from working for over 17 year in the retail industry including the family business and several of his own cafes. this is evident and well reflected in his day-to-day dealings with colleagues and clients.

as a pivotal member of matthew bourn's sales team, rachel thrives on providing a high level of client care and support. joining mcconnell bourn to pursue her passion for real estate, she aspires to build upon her career as an integral part of our team.

rachel has an extensive background in real estate, professional services and the travel industry and has played pivotal roles in international event co ordination, marketing and human resources.  having been the right hand support to company ceo's gives rachel an edge in understanding the importance of excellence, integrity and honesty in business. rachel has also completed studies in marketing and real estate and has previously supported a top agency principal whilst working in brisbane.

having grown up on the north shore, rachel has recently returned after working, studying and travelling in queensland and abroad and is delighted to be able to call the north shore home once again.
