Scott Phillips and Virginia Byrne went far beyond what one would expect from people doing a thorough job. Although it is of course a professional relationship, it became more like friendship as we worked through what (I suspect) was a relatively large and complicated job bringing our property up to its selling potential. Scott's juggling of multiple contractors was completely reliable, and a fact astonishing given that he must have been doing the same for many others simultaneously.
